We offer accommodation in a “3-Bedroom Apartment” with high-speed Wi-Fi, consisting of three separate lockable rooms. Room No. 1 has its own entrance from the hallway for added comfort and privacy. Rooms 2 and 3 are connected by a door. The 3-bedroom apartment has 2 TVs, a fully equipped private kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom, and a toilet, and is ideal for families or groups of up to 7 people who want to be together while also having plenty of privacy. The space The apartment has a private fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer dryer, separate WC and hallway. All rooms are lockable. Bedlinen and towels are included in the price. During the stay, guests have the option to provide their laundry individually. Triple room No. 1 with a view, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi – 15.5 m² (167 sq. ft.); this is a private, bright, and lockable room that can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests (1 queen-size bed [150 x 200 cm / 59 x 79 in.] and 1 twin-size bed [90 x 200 cm / 35.5 x 79 in.]). Quadruple Room No. 2 Comfort with TV and high-speed Wi-Fi – 25 m² This is a private, bright, and lockable unit with two lockable rooms connected by a door, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. Both rooms have spacious double beds (180 × 200cm), which can be separated in a larger room into 2 single beds (90x200cm). Room 2: 19 m2 and Room 3: 7 m2. No smoking throughout the property. Guest access Guests have access to Triple Room No. 1 with a view, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, and to Quadruple Room No. 2 Comfort with a TV and high-speed Wi-Fi - accommodation units. The 3 bedroom apartment has a fully equipped private kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. Triple Room 1 with a view has a separate entry from the hallway. The quadruple room 2 Comfort consists of two connected rooms: room 2 and room 3. There is contactless entry for guests - via a key safe. By booking, you get the whole apartment exclusively for yourself – you don't share the space with other guests or with the owner. The number of bedrooms made available is prepared according to the number of guests booked. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet area with excellent local amenities and fast transport connections (Prešov public transit app) – about 10 minutes to the center of Prešov, as well as to the bus and train stations. The public transport stop is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. See: maps.com/us. The neighborhood is surrounded by greenery. Opposite the apartment there is a restaurant Polo. Near the property, there are large shopping centers (Eperia, Max, Korál), grocery stores, a movie theater, a bar, a pharmacy, a church, a health center, several children's playgrounds, and free parking. Suitable for remote work. A baby cot is available upon request for a fee. The crib will be ready within 2 days of the request.
