It consists of a large, bright living room with access to the balcony, a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area. Guests have the use of 2 comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a king-size bed (180 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee machine, stove, microwave, washing machine). Essentials are provided: garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, sponge, and toilet paper. Heated, functional, and comfortable to stay in, this apartment is ideal for a business trip or a family vacation. ✨ We hope you feel at home here. Guest access Quiet and secure gated community, accessed through a gate with a code. You have the use of two private parking spaces, a real plus for a stress-free stay. Check-in is completely self-service using a secure lockbox, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you, even late at night. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, offering peace and quiet and plenty of natural light. For your convenience, the access codes will be sent to you the day before your arrival, along with all the information you need to check in quickly and easily. ✨ A stay designed to combine freedom, comfort, and tranquility. Other things to note Bed linen can be provided upon request (€30 per stay). For last-minute bookings, the beds are automatically made up to ensure your comfort; the €30 linen surcharge is then applied. ⚠️ Bath towels are not provided (a hand towel is provided).
