Farmhouse with fjord view by the Atlantic Road

Welcome to Kallmyr farm. The historic small farm from 1872 is idyllically located in the Lyngstad community by the Kvernesfjord. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with well-kept lawn and shrubs. From the house there are beautiful views of the fjord and opportunities for walks along the private shoreline. The space The house is perfectly located for an active holiday. The fantastic Atlantic Road is only a short drive away, it takes about 30 minutes to drive to the fishing village of Bud and the national tourist road is 6 km away. There are great hiking areas for all skill levels nearby. The resident of the house is an avid hiker and will be happy to give tips for good walks. Guest access Today there is no farming activity on the property. In the main house there is a permanent resident in the right part of the house. The left part, which is just under half the house, is now available for rent. In the rental area you will find a spacious living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds. In the third room there is a mattress that is perfect for the kids. There is also a possibility of a cot / babybed in one of the rooms. The bathroom has been recently refurbished with white tiles on the wall and spacious shower. There is the possibility of access to a washing machine in the landlord's part of the house. Other things to note Tenants are responsible for daily cleaning during the stay.
