Ideal for a couple or family with children looking for peace, comfort and nature. The accommodation is designed for 2 adults, with the possibility of accommodating 1 to 2 children: one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and new bedding, and a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed. Pleasant for a weekend as well as for a week. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals on site: stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, airfryer, raclette machine and fondue set. Dishes and utensils are provided for four guests. The recently renovated bathroom includes a shower, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer. The openings offer unobstructed views of the residence's surroundings, with beautiful views of the pool and Lake Geneva. You will benefit from efficient individual electric heating in winter, high-speed Wi-Fi access suitable for remote working and a smart TV. Bed and bath linen is provided and the bed is made upon your arrival. Check-in is autonomous with a secure key box, with detailed instructions sent before the stay. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. Parking is free and free within the residence. You also have access to the common facilities of the residence: – Outdoor swimming pool (open from April to September) - Tennis court – Ping pong table – Fitness room – Green spaces – Laundromat (wash and dry at extra cost) Reception is available on site from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Baby crib available upon request at the front desk (for an additional fee, subject to availability). Buffet breakfast available as an extra (€12.90/adult · €9/child aged 4–11 · €8 to go). Other things to note The residence is quiet and intended for relaxing stays.
