Fabulous Barn Conversion

A home away from home, equipped with all the comforts we love and are happy to share. Excellent location, peaceful retreat or easy drive to many towns, beaches and country walks. Paths straight from the property with stunning views. Excellently equipped kitchen, whether you want to host a cream tea, cook a family meal or throw some fresh local fish onto the BBQ. Perfect for all occasions, we hope you love it as much as we do! The space Four large bedrooms, one king and three superkings which can also be made up as two singles on request. Three bedrooms have full bathrooms (one with bath, two with showers), the fourth has its own WC. Linen and towels are provided, we can provide beach towels if you’d like with an additional cleaning cost added to your booking (£5 per towel per week). The kitchen is well equipped and there will be tea, coffee and fresh milk available on arrival, as well as a cleaning stock pack. One cot is available but there is space for more if you’d like to bring another. We also have a baby bath, one high chair and one booster cushion. Please note there is a child gate on the top floor, but not the middle and bottom floors. Please get in touch to discuss alternative arrival days, we do have some flexibility to change this for certain weeks if you would like a midweek stay. Please note: - the property is over three floors - Mobile phone signal is quite poor, but WiFi is excellent so you should be able to use WiFi calling in your mobile. We have a land line if required though, which you’ll be welcome to use on a fair usage basis with no additional charge. Happy to answer any questions you have about our home and your stay. Guest access Guests will have the whole property to themselves, including the rear garden/patio area. They are also welcome to wander round the beautiful communal courtyard, and out to a small wooded area with a communal pond a short walk away. Other things to note Please get in touch to discuss shorter stays. We can usually only accept Saturday - Saturday bookings during school holidays. We spend a lot of time here ourselves so know the property and area very well.
