Green garden city 5 min to Linz

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the garden city in Puchenau. The Danube and the Danube beaches are only a few 100 meters away, the car parks almost right outside the front door, but the whole settlement to the Danube is then car-free, so you can walk, cycle, hike as your heart desires. One of Austria's most famous architects (Roland Rainer) designed the garden city - the quality of life here is great. The space The house has a nice living and dining room with a kitchenette and 3 separate bedrooms. The three rooms each have a large double bed (180 cm wide). The terrace and garden are not overlooked and invite you to linger in the greenery. The Danube and the Danube beaches in Puchenau are a short walk (5 minutes) away. Linz is 5 minutes away by car (Hauptplatz 7 minutes), or you can take the train (stop 8 minutes away, 4-minute ride, runs every 20 minutes on weekdays) or the bus (stop 5 minutes away, 5-minute ride, also runs regularly). Our house is also located directly on the Danube Cycle Path, and it is 10 minutes by bike to Linz (along the beautiful Danube Cycle Path). Please note: Smoking is not allowed in the house, but it is allowed in the garden. And so that the quality of life remains great for our neighbors as well, and since we live in a very quiet terraced house development, it must not be noisy after 8 PM. Parties are also not allowed. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal - the basement is only partially usable, but you are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer. Other things to note In Upper Austria, a local tax of €2.40/night/person (over 12 years) is to be collected. Please prepare to give us this local tax in cash at check-in or leave the local tax in cash on the dining table at checkout.
