Upstairs & Downstairs connected by front & back porch stairs. MPB has multiple facilities. The space Large grass area in front of house straight to beach. Large upstairs areas inside and outside. Smart TV both upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs area includes Sofa Bed in lounge room for additional bed. Upstairs and downstairs are connected by private external front and back porch steps. No internal staircase. Upstairs BBQ next to kitchen overlooking pool area as well as BBQ at bottom alfresco dining area next to pool. Other things to note 4WD beach access 1.1km North and 4.4km South. The 5km beach stretch in front of house has no vehicles driving on it. Moore Park Beach has facilities including IGA supermarket, medical centre, 24hr gym, Tavern, large new playground, Skatepark, Surfclub, Bowls club, Cafe, Op Shop, Bakery, various takeaways and services station. Approximately 20min to Bundaberg Centre. The beach is also a nesting site for sea turtles including loggerhead sea turtles in summer months.
