Enjoy Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more on the 55-inch TV (please log in with your own account). Equipped with a sound bar for immersive audio. A charcoal BBQ grill is provided. Please bring your own charcoal and fire starters. (Available at nearby Seven-Eleven.) A gas cartridge BBQ grill is available on the covered deck. Please be sure to clean it after use (wash the grill net, wipe off grease, etc.). A relaxing space with a large 85cm fire pit. Enjoy wine or conversation while watching the flames. ※ No smoking indoors. Ashtrays are provided in the garden. Kubo Farm nearby also sells frozen meats and fish. Fresh “phantom” cabbage is available at Hanyuda Farm, just a 3-minute walk. Convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Lawson are a 5-minute drive away. Firewood and fire starters if you plan to use the fire pit. Charcoal and fire starters for garden BBQ. Insect repellent spray – This is the countryside! Especially recommended from spring to autumn. Other things to note 【About the Natural Environment】 Our property is located in the beautiful forests of Kita-Karuizawa, surrounded by nature. As there are ranches nearby, you may occasionally notice farm-related odors depending on the wind direction. This is part of the local natural environment, so guests who are particularly sensitive to smells may wish to consider this before booking. You may also encounter wildlife such as deer and wild boars. They are generally not dangerous, but please take extra care when driving, especially at night. To avoid attracting wildlife, please do not leave food unattended on the deck or anywhere outside the property. 【Guest Count & Additional Fees】 The standard rate covers up to 4 guests. For groups of 5 or more, an additional fee of ¥4,500 per person per night will apply. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when making your reservation. 【Outdoor Area】 Please exercise caution when using the fire pit. After use, make sure the fire is completely extinguished and the lid is securely closed. • Fireworks that launch into the air and firecrackers are strictly prohibited. • Handheld fireworks are permitted, but please use them responsibly and take all necessary fire safety precautions. 【Insects】 Our property is located in the middle of the forest. While we thoroughly clean the house before each stay, insects may occasionally find their way indoors due to the natural surroundings. Unfortunately, this cannot be completely prevented.
