The apartment is in a scenic and strategic area, not far from the center (about 350 meters), a good compromise for those looking for tranquility, the availability of free parking and a nice breeze that refreshes on the hottest days. The apartment is finished in detail and is bright and cozy to make you feel a little at home. The space The accommodation consists of an open-plan living room/kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with a comfortable shower cubicle, and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (including a ventilated oven, Nescafè Dolce Gusto coffee machine). The property is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets and wooden shutters in all windows and is equipped with a washing machine and linen. Free parking is available. As this is a small condominium, unfortunately we cannot allow pets. Guest access The apartment is located within a small condominium complex, which has a few external steps that lead to the main entrance, which is adjacent to the accommodation.
