MaVa Rooms is a design structure located in a strategic position in Vieste, just 300 meters from the beach of the Lungomare Europa and 800 meters from the historic center. With only 3 large bedrooms, we offer an intimate and never crowded stay, ideal for both a romantic getaway and business travelers thanks to the fast and stable Wi-Fi connection. The Space Each room has been designed to combine aesthetics and functionality. Inside you'll find: Sleeping area with work corner: A dedicated desk perfect for remote working or relaxing with a 42" Smart TV with Netflix already connected. Equipped private veranda: An exclusive outdoor space where you can relax or enjoy breakfast outdoors. Coffee & Tea Corner: Coffee machine with cappuccino maker, kettle with a selection of teas/chamomile, and minibar always available. Area Dining area: An area with a small table ideal for eating breakfast or take-away meals (it is not possible to cook in the room). Excellence Services Our goal is to make you feel pampered: Tailor-made breakfast: Every evening, by 10:00 p.m., you can choose your menu (sweet or savory) that will be served in your room or on the veranda between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Daily cleaning: We tidy the room daily and change the bathroom linen every day to ensure maximum hygiene. Maximum flexibility: We offer both in-person reception and self check-in to allow you to arrive whenever it suits you best. Location and Services Forget the car: the beach, bus terminal, supermarkets (Eurospin), and bars are all within 150-300 meters. Things to know: We are a Pet-Free facility (pets are not allowed). Smoking and hosting outside guests are not allowed inside the rooms. Other things to note The tourist tax for the municipality of Vieste is not included in the price. The tourist tax is €2.50 per night in the period from June to September and €1.00 per night for the remaining periods, for each person aged 14 years or over. To be paid in cash at check-in. Parking is free (100 meters from the property) and paid (also in front of the property), both are subject to availability as they are on the street level and therefore not bookable.
