The house sleeps 8 people. 30 minutes from Bergerac airport or 2 hours from Bordeaux. 7 minutes from Monflanquin. Ideal for families, golfers, hikers, culture lovers and foodies all year round. The space We renovated the house recently and kept the local athmosphere while adding contemporary design, materials and art. It has a large, heated, private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden. The house now has a large living space, open kitchen and fireplace. The house is suited for 6/8 people and has four bedrooms: one large family room with private bathroom a kingsize bed + sofa bed, two double bed bedrooms with a shared bathroom and, by the patio, a summer studio with double bed and a separate sink. There is a pingpong table, badminton sets, jeu de boules, yoga mats, kickboxing gear and many other things to play with. Excellent wifi, Sonos, tv/Netflix are present.
