Cozy apt in 50s villa 10 min tram ride to city

A cozy apartment in 50s villa of 50 sqm with its own entrance. Pizzeria within walking distance. Only 600 meters from a tram stop. Another 300 meters to a grocery store & restaurant. Nice patio by some trees. Family-friendly with toys for the youngest. Society games + streaming TV for the slightly older ones. Sleeps 4 people plus extra mattresses. The space From a private entrance to the house, you enter a small hallway and further into a living room with a unique stone floor (with underfloor heating when the district heating is running). On the sofa, you can relax with a book or some video streaming from your own account on the TV (you can borrow Disney+ or Prime video if we have an account just when you arrive). A cozy little corner can be used for children's play. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you can (preferably someone else?) fix some good food. Feel free to take a relaxing bath in the original bathroom in a completely dark turquoise color before bedtime in one of the two bedrooms. In our quiet area of Tolered there are villas and some townhouses. It is calm and quiet in the evenings and nights and there are also playgrounds nearby to access for those traveling with children. (We can give you tips on where to go, of course). Guest access The entire space on the bottom floor of our house (a basement floor) as well as the patio outside. Maybe we'll meet in the garden sometime, and we'll try to make sure our kids don't come to your side of the house when you visit us (unless you want them to, of course). Access to barbecue, game console PS3 and more children's toys can be obtained - please contact us in advance or during your stay. Other things to note You will receive the code to the keypad lock on the front door no later than the day of arrival and can check in when it works for you. There is a risk/chance that you will be visited by nice spiders, especially in the summer, because you will be quite close to nature even though we live in town.
