The garage has been transformed into a fun-filled games room, perfect for kids and kids at heart. Centrally located to amenities, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your holiday. The space This home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a combined living/dining area. The open layout and vaulted ceilings, along with the large windows throughout, let you enjoy the scenic views at any time. The primary bedroom has one King Size bed, ensuite, and walk-in closet with stackable washer/dryer. The second bedroom holds one double bed and a convertible chaise that becomes a regular twin bed. Walk-in closet is a pass-through to the main bath. The third bedroom offers a twin-size daybed and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is an inflatable queen-size bed to be used with the collapsible frame. If the weather isn't ideal, or you simply want to relax, the attached three-car garage has been transformed into a game room with a projector and screen for playing video games, a Foosball table, Skee-ball, and a giant Connect 4 game. For outdoor fun, you can enjoy Bocce Ball and Cornhole in the yard. There are two inflatable kayaks with life jackets available for exploring Malpeque Bay and its abundant marine life. Located in the middle of the Island, there are many popular and hidden gems nearby. A few notable destinations are: 7 minutes to Kensington 11 minutes to Summerside 19 minutes to Thunder Cove Beach 25 minutes to Cavendish Guest access You will have full access to the main house and driveway, as well as entry to the shed for the water toys. The home is situated on nearly two acres with plenty of outdoor space to relax, play, and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The main entrance has a digital keypad, so there's no need to keep track of any extra keys! Other things to note We ask that our guests respect the quiet hours of the neighbourhood between 11 pm and 8 am. PEI is passionate about waste management and ensuring that items are sorted appropriately. We have separate trash, recycling, and compost bins. There is a breakdown provided at the property to help you along, and we know it's a little tricky, so we just ask that you do your best.
