Take a leap into the past in the 70s, 80s, 90s and rekindle your childhood memories with our charming brand new wooden maisonette (Retro Loc), 35 m2, with a 100% vintage look and style. Totally independent accommodation, attached to the main residence with 2 terrace corners + garden area, in a very quiet subdivision, animated from time to time by the joy of the children of the neighborhood. Located 300 m walk from the various amenities and 6 km from the sea. The space Keys handed over in person or via a key box, according to your wishes. End-of-stay cleaning included, except for dishes. No smoking allowed inside the accommodation. Staircase to access the bedroom is quite steep (consider your child's ability to climb). Double sofa bed available on the ground floor. Private parking with 2 free spaces, in tandem. Baby cot, highchair, baby bath (UPON REQUEST). Towels and bed linen are provided. 2 adult electric bikes (€20 for half a day, €30 per day/bike). The price decreases if booked for several days. A security deposit will be requested. An outdoor hot tub for 4–5 people is available 24/7 and year-round, for ages 6 and up. PLEASE NOTE: Under parental supervision.
