Welcome to Na Zátoni – a modern holiday home in the peaceful hamlet of Zátoňské Dvory, at the gateway to the Šumava Mountains. Just a short drive from Lipno Dam and Český Krumlov, it is surrounded by forests and the Vltava River, inviting walks and relaxation. The house offers spacious interiors, two bathrooms, four bedrooms and plenty of room for shared moments with family or friends. Capacity is approx. 20 adults with children. The space The House “Na Zátoni” in Zátoňské Dvory offers accommodation for up to 20 guests in 4 bedrooms. A spacious home designed for those who love to be together – with family, friends, and children. A place where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a view, evenings full of laughter, and slow, peaceful days. It’s a house we created with joy – and now share with you with the same joy. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a hallway with a wardrobe and shoe storage. Right next to it is a separate toilet. The ground floor features a bright, airy open space where shared moments naturally come together. The centerpiece is a large dining area overlooking the greenery, with a long table – perfect for family breakfasts, long dinners, or board games. Next to it is a fully equipped kitchen with a garden view, making cooking truly enjoyable. The living area offers a comfortable built-in sofa facing the outdoors and a cozy reading corner. Under the stairs, you’ll find a lounge chair – the ideal spot for a quiet moment or a good book. The entire ground floor feels open yet offers privacy, with three large windows that fill the space with daylight and fresh air. From the dining area, you can access both the covered and open terraces. Upstairs, there are four separate bedrooms with generously sized beds. Two rooms have beds 3.2 meters long, and the other two have 3.6-meter beds. On the larger beds, two adults and up to three children can sleep comfortably. A foldable baby cot with bedding is also available. There are two bathrooms and three toilets in the house. The house is non-smoking. Due to our children’s allergies, we kindly ask that no pets are brought to the house. Outdoor parking is available directly by the house, and a wallbox for charging electric cars is provided. Guest access Access to the house is provided via a security keypad. We will send you the code in a message before your arrival. Other things to note Our home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed (due to our children’s allergies). Inside the house we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes and leave them in the entrance area. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
