The Kashubian village of Lubkowo is an excellent base for visiting nearby attractions and enjoying the charms of the Baltic Sea, including the beach in Dębki, located 5 km from the house, and participating in kayaking on the Piaśnica River. The space On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen (electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave and kitchen utensils), a living room with TV, audio equipment, piano, sofa bed and toilet. In the attic there are 3 double rooms with TVs, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer. Outside there is a large closed terrace with fireplace/grill, garden furniture and beach equipment, as well as a 4-person sauna, platform with beach basket and a place for a bonfire. In front of the house there are parking spaces for two cars, own access road, gates with remote control. Nearby there are two marinas, a water equipment rental, mini bar and grocery store and a playground for children. 8 km away there is a tourist and recreation complex with a swimming pool, bowling alley, restaurant, mini golf and observation tower.
