Warmly welcome to rent our warehouse on our farm, a rural cozy accommodation in scenic surroundings 2.5 miles south of Linköping. Our place is great for those looking for overnight stays or a relaxing environment with amenities. A stone's throw from the house, you can step into Östergötland's beautiful forests. Walking distance to Lake Sätrasjön and proximity to more different swimming areas by car. Private glazed porch and fenced garden with afternoon and evening sun. The space The magazine is located a few meters from our house but has its own garden facing the meadow. The space Entry floor: The house has both a rough entrance and a main entrance. The entrance hall is equipped with washing machine, drying cabinet, sink and iron. From the main entrance/laundry room, there is an exit to the enclosed veranda with seating for 6 people The main entrance has a spacious hall equipped with hanging storage for jackets and a shoe rack Bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub Bedroom 1 with two 90 cm beds and wardrobe storage Upstairs: Open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, dining/ living room and TV (note only cromecast and not linear TV) Bedroom 2 with double bed and wardrobe storage Bedroom 3 with a 120 cm bed (where an adult with a child or a couple can share a bed if needed) with a dresser for storing clothes Other information: Please note that the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms are upstairs. The house is 100 sqm in size and 25 sqm glassed-in patio Bed linens are included and are provided on the beds Please note that there are 4 beds with "standard bed spaces" for 5 adults (but if necessary, two people can sleep in the 120 bed if you want to accommodate 6 people). The guest cleans up after themselves before check-out as described (Cleaning materials are located in the house) Guest access Since we ourselves live on the farm a stone's throw from Magasinet, the rest of the garden is private but may be used when passing to Magasinet. Magasinet is a dog-friendly accommodation. In our private garden, dogs must be kept on a leash as we ourselves have dogs. We have made our own fenced garden for the Magasinet where the Magasinet's dog guests can run loose.
