"holiday in nature" A place where you can relax. Uniquely located at the border between nature reserve de Maasduinen and Germany is located this beautiful converted farmhouse from 1912. But no matter how beautiful it is inside, the actual highlight of this location is the beautiful nature. In front of the door is a beautiful natural pond where you can swim in good weather (at your own risk). The nature reserve de Maasduinen is very unique and offers opportunities for wonderful hiking and cycling. The space Quiet, space. The garden is freely accessible and also the (swimming)pond that is in front of the cottage. Swimming is at your own risk. There is a large wood-burning stove on the property. Wood is available for a fee of €7.50 per wheelbarrow. There is another (4-person) vacation home attached to the house. Jacuzzi+sauna are used in consultation, but never together with other guests. The owner lives there himself. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Other things to note Costs to be paid on the spot: - Bed linen: €85,- per stay - Heating costs (Sept. to April) €15,- per night. - Cleaning fee: €107,- - Tourist Tax 1.75 p/p/night Jacuzzi (€50,-/day(part), sauna (€30,-/day(part) and possibly (relaxation)massage can be pre-booked.
