The space The 125 m² accommodation includes: 🛏️ 3 bedrooms: two with double beds, one with bunk bed (adult/child), perfect for families. 🚿 1 renovated bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, soap and towels provided. 🍽️ A large equipped kitchen: oven, induction/gas cooktop, microwave, American fridge, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. 🛋️ A comfortable living room and a spacious dining room to share good times. 🌿 A garden and enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture. 📶 Fiber optics (fast Wi-Fi), Smart TV and games available. 🅿️ Private parking on site. The entire property is at your disposal, fully independent and accessible independently. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire accommodation, including: the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, the garden and the enclosed courtyard, private parking. ⚠️ Some locked areas (cupboards or ancillary rooms) are not accessible because they are reserved for private or technical use. 📶 You will also enjoy free Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the stay. Other things to note 🧼 Cleaning & linen Cleaning is optional. You can avoid fees by leaving the premises clean and bringing your own sheets. Linen rental available upon request. 🐾 Pets Calm dogs and small animals accepted under conditions (see regulations). No pets allowed in the bedrooms and living room.
