Old 18th century manor house renovated with the charm of exposed beams and stones, nestled in the countryside in a quiet countryside at the gates of Luçon, 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vendée. With its 280 m2, large swimming pool and very large plot, the house is ideal for large families or groups of friends (maximum capacity of 17 people). Everything is done to relax both outside (swimming pool, petanque, barbecue) and inside (billiards, foosball). The space The grounds are quiet surrounded by canals and offers a unique space to relax and recharge. A large terrace allows meals to be taken outdoors (1 outdoor terrace and 1 other covered terrace next door). A heated swimming pool measuring 4 x 12 m (flat bottom with a depth of 1.5 m), a lit boules court, and a barbecue are available during the season. Part of the garden adjoining the house is fenced for the little ones. Close to all amenities. The home is a newly renovated former farmhouse. Here not everything is always straight, the living room is made of original stone polished by time, but it is also the charm of the old. On the ground floor you will find: - 2 large living rooms (1 stone living room and 1 second in cement tiles with billiards and foosball) - 1 large new equipped kitchen + back kitchen with washing machine and 1 toilet Large wooden table (3.5m long with extension cords) - 2 bedrooms with double beds including 1 with private bathroom (with Italian shower and toilet). Upstairs: - 4 bedrooms with double beds - 1 bedroom with double bed + 1 3 seater bunk bed - 2 bathrooms with showers and 1 bathroom (with shower and bathtub). - 2 separate rooms Outside: - large south terrace, outdoor tables - 12m2 covered terrace to shelter if needed - north terrace - private outdoor swimming pool heated in season (from Easter weekend to early October) - 12m long, illuminated petanque court - brick barbeque - large land of more than 2 hectares, fields left to the natural and pond further away. A welcome and concierge service is also included in this package. Preferred weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer period (July-August); and minimum 2 nights outside the holidays. For rentals on weekends, in order to give you more time to enjoy the place, check-ins are at 4 p.m. and departures at 4 p.m. too (except for exceptional cases where a tenant would arrive following your rental) For weekly rentals, check-in times are at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Guest access The entire house and grounds are available to tenants.
