Designed to offer a soothing and elegant atmosphere, this charming house is ideal for recharging your batteries as a couple, with family or with friends on the Opal Coast. The space Located on the second line of the waterfront, the house is only 50 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Opal Coast. At low tide, you can access Fort de l 'Heurt to pick mussels. At high tide, the beach remains unobstructed for a great walking tour. You can also walk on the customs trail to admire the wild fauna and flora. Discover the charm of this booming seaside resort, with its local market (Tuesdays and Fridays mornings) and craft market (July and August on Wednesdays from 5pm to 9pm). 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Surface and capacity: house of about 100m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people. Pets are welcome! 🛏️ Bedrooms: 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs, one with a sea view, with queen size beds (160 x 200 cm) and Tradition des Vosges bedding. Pack 'n play crib (120x60) available for babies. 🛁 Bathroom: Walk-in shower in real zellige. One large towel per person is provided. The house has two separate toilets. 🛋️ Living room & dining room: large sofa bed (140 x 190), fireplace, TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining room has a large table for your meals. Baby high chair available 🧑‍🍳 Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine… All the necessary cooking equipment is available on site. 🏠 Exterior: terrace with garden furniture, two deckchairs, and a Weber barbecue. Separate laundry room with washer, dryer, and freezer. 🛍️ Location: about 5 minutes walk from shops (bakeries, butcher, pastry shop, caterer, en primeur, cheese maker, convenience store, tobacco/press, banks...). Several large supermarkets are within a 5-minute drive. Practical info: 🔑 Check-in & check-out: self check-in with lockbox from 4 p.m. and checkout at 11 a.m. We can welcome you home upon request. House 📏 Rules: The house is non-smoking but you can smoke on the terrace. From 10pm to 7am, you are asked to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. 🚗 Parking: Free parking on the dike across the house and on the street. 🧺 Cleaning: The house is carefully prepared before each arrival. The cleaning fee covers 3 hours of complete cleaning and the laundering of linens. 🚆 Access: 4 km from Boulogne-Ville train station (10 min by car or 25 min by bus line C). Calais-Fréthun TGV train station 40 km away (35 min drive). The house is 1 hr 30 min from Lille, 2 hr 30 min from Paris, and 3 hr from Brussels. Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation, i.e. the house, terrace and shed.
