The space Penthouse on the 1st and top floor with a large terrace equipped with a dining table, 4 chairs and two deck chairs, a single garage for medium-sized cars and two private outdoor parking spaces in front of the garage. The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi, consists of a large living area with a table for up to 8 people, a sofa and a Smart TV with a satellite decoder. Separate kitchen with oven and gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric juicer, plates, pots, and cooking utensils. The sleeping area can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two double bedrooms, one with a dresser and one with a three-door closet, plus a bedroom with a bunk bed and desk. Disengagement with washing machine and additional closet for guests. Full bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet.
