The regional road is nearby, so you may hear traffic at certain times of the day; weekends are quieter. At night, you can often hear the Lafnitz river, and during the day, birdsong fills the air. The roughly 1,500 m² semi-wild garden features many fruit trees, nut trees, berry bushes, and various herbs – perfect for relaxing or picking seasonal produce. Pets are welcome! Please note: The property is not fenced. It is your responsibility to ensure that your animals remain within the property boundaries. Guest access Access to the house is via a gravel road that leads uphill through a forest. Most of our guests manage well with different types of vehicles. However, if you prefer not to drive up, there is an alternative parking spot at the bottom on the main road, just behind the row of mailboxes. Please note: The road passes through our neighbor’s property, directly in front of their house. We kindly ask all guests to respect their privacy and use the road only for access.
