We warmly welcome you in our villa with pool, pond panorama. We are baby- and dog-friendly. Our villa is located in the area of Őrbottyán, next to the fishing lake! Our air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, two large terraces awaits guests. Our rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The lake can be reached only 5 minutes by walk. The pool is closed from November to March. In autumn and spring, we heat the water to approx. 20-25°C. Guest access - pool, outdoor shower - air conditioner - bluetooth amplifier - safe - barbecue - stove, microwave oven - fridge, freezer - toaster, kettle - sun loungers - towels - mini showergel and mini body lotions - slippers, shoe wax and sponges - umbrellas - bicycles, dumbbells, scooters and belly pads - playground - books - TV with 144 channels, HBO and Youtube subscription Other things to note The room price includes a small breakfast for guests. However, if this is not enough, you can request an extended breakfast for an extra charge of 2800 ft per person. Fresh breakfast is always delivered after 8 am. Breakfast does not include hot meals. Breakfast includes fresh bakery products, fruit juice, fruit, cold cuts, vegetables, jam, etc. The pool is heated to approx. 25 degrees in autumn and spring, and thanks to its excellent insulation, it only cools down by 1-2 degrees at night in summer, making it suitable for evening swimming. The garden and the pool are illuminated in the evening and you can spend pleasant and cosy evenings outdoors or on any of the terraces. In front of the house, in an area of about 35 sqm at the front of the street, four-legged pets are welcome. There is also a kennel for them, which is perfect for a medium-sized dog (e.g. Labrador).
