The cabin is NOT accessible in case of large amounts of snow. Located about 90 m from the lake. Peaceful, without insight. Located by itself in Hummerbakkfjorden, between Stavern and Helgeroa. Parking for the cabin in the woods, about 50-100 m marked path up. The cabin has a fireplace inside for autumn evenings. Campfire and access to the lake via trail in front of the cabin. Several jetties, rocks, coastal trails and free climbing opportunities in the area. Suitable for couples/family, quiet adults. Not rented out for festivities/parties. The space Located in a sunny area 90 m from the lake, on Svaberg. Parking 100 m from the cabin. Hence reduced availability in winter with large amounts of snow. Reservation in winter is recommended to be made right before when you know the weather forecast. The cabin consists of a spacious living area with kitchen and living room, open windows facing the lake here. There are 3 bedrooms in total; One master with double bed 160x200. A loft (upstairs) with 2 beds 90x200 cm. An alcove (downstairs) with 1 bed 90x200 cm, here there is a TV that works with Apple TV There is one bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and combi washer/dryer. Hallway between bathroom and bedroom with bucket and clothes storage There is a walkway with a roof overhang and stairs for easy access around the entire cabin Terrace with outdoor furniture and electric grill Guest access Private parking lot. No electric charger but charging station at the nearest Meny store in Helgeroa right next to it. Coded front door, code is provided at check-in Other things to note Difficult to access in winter time due to snow. Must possibly take the risk of this yourself in case of early reservation. The place has 2 cameras along the corridors, this only for the supervision of the property when it is empty. Turned off and placed over protection when rented out The cabin has a pump only for water and drainage, hence it is important to take into account what you flush down the toilet and sink (no hair residues, household paper, pads, food scraps) The cabin's glass railing has not arrived - will be set up early spring 2026, safe temporary railing is set up
