Room for two: private entrance and parking

Accommodation with private entrance, toilet and parking space. Please note that there is no shower in the property - Excellent for one-night stays, for example! Remember to bring your own linen as well:) The room has two 90 cm high-quality box spring beds, a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee and kettle, and a fridge. The supplies in the room (e.g. tea, instant coffee) are at your disposal. Check-in is possible with a key box at any time of the day. Welcome! The space Close (3km) to the city center. Location close to nature, a nature trail starts almost from the backyard (see Erkinpoloku) and jogging trails (as well as a ski trail in winter). The property is located in a quiet industrial area. Guest access Check-in is easy at any time of the day thanks to the key box with a code. You will receive the code by message. Other things to note We live in the courtyard ourselves and our family includes two school-age children and a chihuahua.
