This fantastic villa offers stunning panoramic views of the sea and surrounding islands from the pool. From the other side of the house is a beautiful view of Ucka National Park. The house is spread over three floors, it is connected to an internal staircase and accessible from the outside. The property is located in Zagore and offers 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a spacious living and dining area, modern equipped kitchen. It is a family accommodation without parties or loud music. The outdoor area impresses with a swimming pool and an Istrian BBQ area. Relaxed moments are offered by the sun deck with sun loungers and garden furniture. Pool use from April to September. The villa is ideal for a comfortable family vacation. The location is a good base for quickly getting to the ferry port to visit the surrounding islands or explore nearby seaside resorts such as Moscenicka Draga, Opatija, Rabac, Lovran, Rijeka and Labin. Excellent local restaurants are easily accessible by car. No pets allowed. Please also do not lure and feed animals from the neighborhood here, our neighbors do not want it and we are anti-allergy accommodation :-) Thank you for understanding.
