Our location provides a quiet escape from the city while still close to many tourist locations (only 15 minutes and 12 kms. away from the city center) Apartment #2 is a 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of our home. This apartment includes a private bathroom, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. It also comes fully furnished with plates, silverware, and cookware for up to two guests. This apartment is steps away from our hotel garden, perfect for lounging on our patio furniture and playing a game of cards or reading a book. THIS APARTMENT FEATURES AIR CONDITIONING!!!! (Only in bedroom) Parking & Transportation: This apartment comes with 1 dedicated parking spot and visitor spaces, with 24/7 security and an electronic gate to enter the parking lot. Car rental services for your stay in El Salvador, as well as transportation to/from Comalapa International Airport can also be arranged. We are family owned and operated, and would love the opportunity to provide a clean, safe, and friendly place to stay while you enjoy our beautiful country. Fresh drinking water is available in each apartment, and if it is consumed you will be charged $5. This is for a large jug of water, that should last several days. We suggest bringing a reusable water bottle with you to refill as often as you like. Pets are allowed, but will be placed in our outside kennels and should be monitored carefully, as we have watchdogs on the property. This service is FREE!
