House with pool and very large garden in Toulouse countryside

Architect house of 160m2 with 3 separate bedrooms (one with small private terrace), 2 bathrooms, a large living room - dining room and fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob). The outdoor pool, jacuzzi (inflatable) for 4 people, 3 terraces, one covered and one with pergola overlooking a garden of 5000m2, is isolated from any neighbor, in the middle of fields of wheat and sunflowers. We leave at your disposal for the holidays our 2 bikes for walks, net and volley ball that you can install in the garden, footballs, rugby, molkky, hammock and buoys for the pool. You can also use the plancha and barbecue for your summer meals. Our two hens Pénélope and Pamela remain on the spot during the holidays, we confide them for the week with some seeds galinette. In exchange, you can consume their eggs. Waveboard base, shops and restaurants within 5 minutes drive. To visit in the neighborhoods: the city of Toulouse in 30 minutes by car, city of Albi in 45min but also the small villages of Montjoire, Mirepoix or Villemur-sur-tarn. Located 3km from the Tarn, we can also rent our boat on demand to go fishing or stroll on the local waterways. The linen is provided and we just ask to make the house a clean minimum. The territory is already well guarded, we will not be able to accept additional pet.
