IF YOU BOOK FOR 1-2 PERSONS, YOU ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOUSE WITH KITCHEN, BATHROOM, SLEEPING LOFT AND CONVERTIBLE SOFA. The houses are placed in a big garden, 5 min to charming town of Trosa, 8 min to the beach and one hour to Stockholm. The space You can expect two small houses developed for family members; they have charm and style. The main house, with kitchen and bathroom was build in 2022, everything is new and spotless. It is small, 30 sqm, but has - hopefully - everything you need. The second house, 20 sqm, is a lovely bedroom with 2 comfortable90 cm beds. I live permanently in a 200 year old cottage in one end of these 4 acres of lovely garden. There is a third dwelling facing yours. The garden is big and there is plenty of room for everybody. Trosa is a lovely town, full of history and charm. It is lively, with several excellent restaurants and shops. The boat life gives a lot of character. There are several beaches nearby, both at the Baltic and in small lakes. Trosa has 2 golf courses. Guest access You will have full access to the kitchen-house, and, if more than 2 of you, also to the Bedroom-house. Other things to note You can load your electric car here. Animals are welcome.
