Agave Lady House is a space created for the conscious traveler in mind. Located in San Pablo Etla, home of the “Quesillo” (Oaxaca cheese) the traditional after Day of the Day celebrations “Muerteadas” and scenery of “Nacho Libre” the movie. At only 30 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes to Oaxaca historical city center. The house has an ample and bright living room and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor Mezcal bar, high speed internet and smart locks. The space The brand new smart home finished in 2025 was conceived as an authentic Mezcalero ranch. It features digital locks for easy access, alarm and security outdoor system, eco friendly elements such as solar powered hot water, construction with adobe walls made out of bagasse (agave residues) that maintain the home cool during the summer months. High speed internet for the digital nomad and traveler, smart tv on the bedroom. Natural light from every angle, peaceful home and neighborhood with long time well respected neighbors in the community. The spacious open living room and dining area connects to the bedroom and guest bathroom on the first floor. A separated kitchen with all appliances and the backyard with a covered Mezcal Bar, barbecue section, brick oven, seating area and outdoor shower. On the second floor is the full bathroom with shower. Recycling trash collection every weekend. Local art is featured around the house that honors the tradition of mezcal making, textiles in the pedal loom made by artisans of Teotitlan del Valle and Mitla are curtains, pillows and bed covers.
