Skylight Surf Studio

Light and spacious ground floor studio attached to a family home in a quiet Southern Shores neighborhood, perfect for your OBX getaway! Easy self check-in with a lock box, separate entrance, separate HVAC system, King bed & a private deck. Eight skylights bring in natural light during the day and let you stargaze in bed at night. Guests are provided with two beach bikes and a parking pass for our neighborhood beach access. The space The studio is physically attached to our main home, but an entirely self-contained space with a private entrance and private deck. Includes a King bed with foam mattress topper, Roku TV with Netflix, love seat, desk/work station, dining area for two, bathroom with shower. Please note that the Studio is not set up for self-catering as it does not have a full kitchen. It does include a wet bar area with sink, mini fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. Also we love our skylights, but they do not have blinds and may impact guests with light sensitivities. Guests are provided with a parking pass for our private community beach access as well as two beach cruiser bikes and backpack beach chairs upon request. Guest access Restaurants, shops and the soundside boardwalk in Duck are two miles down the road. Community access to the sound is a short walk away for amazing sunsets, and our neighborhood tennis courts are a half a block from the house. Easy parking with one dedicated guest space in our gravel driveway. Other things to note We do ask that you verify an official ID with Airbnb before instant booking.
