The space Villa Hoy is a small-scale, luxury apartment complex of 500 m² on a 5,000 m² plot with several outbuildings, located just a 3-minute walk from the picturesque center of Aigües. The village is situated at an altitude of 300 meters in a mountainous area and has approximately 1,000 inhabitants. In summer, Villa Hoy is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a traditional holiday filled with sun, sea, beach, and Spanish lifestyle. During spring, autumn, and winter, we organize a variety of sports holidays such as tennis, padel (I am a certified coach in both), golf, hiking, and cycling. A true “breakpoint” — not only in summer, but all year round. In addition to your private apartment, Villa Hoy also offers a beautiful subtropical garden with several seating areas and plenty of sporting opportunities, including, of course, the swimming pool. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen creates the perfect setting for enjoyable moments with summer drinks and Spanish delicacies. In the audiovisual room/library, you will find books, various games, and an authentic table football game. The spacious parking area allows all guests to park their cars safely behind the gate. Villa Hoy was completely modernized in 2023. Guest access As a guest, you naturally have access to your own apartment. In addition, you can make free use of the parking area, the outdoor kitchen with honesty bar, the swimming pool, the tennis court, the sports area, the garden, and the library/exhibition space.
