Our 70 m² apartment is located directly on the Alte Elde in the quiet village of Damm, on the edge of the Lewitz nature reserve. Enjoy a hot tub, terrace with garden, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, parking and free access to the gym. Dog-friendly, ideal for couples, families or fitters. 🌊 Highlight: Paddle with the SUP right outside the front door over the Elde – pure nature! The space Our 70 m² apartment offers maximum comfort: a separate bedroom, a cozy living room with additional sleeping accommodation, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. Wi-Fi, washing machine, smart TV, terrace and a parking space right outside the door – perfect for relaxing days right on the Alte Elde. Ideal for couples, small families or professional stays. Guest access Guests have their own entrance with a key box for flexible arrival times. The apartment is completely private – no shared rooms. The terrace, parking space and all interiors are for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note Pets (e.g. dogs or cats) are welcome by prior arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. We ask for careful handling of inventory and surroundings – because your favorite place should also remain special for future guests. 🌊 For water sports enthusiasts: A SUP board can be rented directly on site, entry directly on the river.
