Small Tuscan house located in the countryside, in the hills of Versilia, 320 meters above sea level, with views of the Apuan Alps and the sea of Viareggio. A cozy love nest, ideal for those looking for a quiet place (but not far from the most famous Tuscan services and cities) suitable for walks in nature where the house is located. On request, it is possible to receive holistic massage or plantar reflexology service practiced by a professional and certified figure. The space in the entrance there will be an antique wood stove available to heat it in periods when the need is asked, plus a small storage room. On your left is the living room used as a dining room. Walking through the entrance we will arrive in the kitchen. Upstairs, going up the stairs we find: a double bedroom with a sea view, then we have a small bathroom, then another double bedroom with a view of the Apuan Alps. At your request you can also have a crib. The house is equipped with sheets and towels given by the owners who live in front , at your disposal for any eventuality. Outside you can enjoy the garden bordering the owners ( but for your exclusive use) with sea views and olive trees, with a table ,chairs and barbecue to spend your stay in complete tranquility, being in company relaxing . As for PARKING, it is located approximately 50 meters from the house and is public. Or 250 meters away from the accommodation there is the possibility of being able to leave the car in a guarded parking lot ( in case you can not find a place in the closest parking lot to the house) this is also free. When you arrive, you will find a small restaurant provided by the owners as a welcome greeting. The center of the village can also be reached on foot through the trails , is 400 meters from the house, you can find a bar , a restaurant, and a small convenience store. Pedona It is close to the most famous cities of art : Camaiore Viareggio Lido di Camaiore Pisa Pietrasanta Torre del Lago Puccini,Lucca During the summer these cities come alive with events such as festivals, music festivals, concerts, markets and much more.
