The Annex in Cornwall

This stylish newly built place to stay is perfect for a break away for two. The Annex is self contained but adjoined to the main house, which we reside with our house dog (separated by a locked fire door) It has its own off road parking space and private courtyard garden. Has all basic amenities with equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We are in a small village located close to St Austell (3.7 miles), Newquay Airport (10 miles), Truro (14 miles) Eden Project (2.5 miles) and beaches close by. The space I am a new host to airbnb, but have stayed in many other properties listed on airbnb, which has given a good insight into what I think is suitable to give guests a good experience of the property. Feedback is welcomed from guests as I navigate this venture. Thanks in advance to all who book to stay. Guest access The annex is completely self sufficient and you have the whole space to yourselves. We are only next door if you have any queries / questions. Other things to note Please leave the property as you find it and treat with respect as you would your own home. Listing states no pets, but please contact if you wish to bring along your furry companion, we can potentially make arrangements to cater for this for an additional fee.
