A spacious 120 sqm apartment in the Dreamland Oasis complex It is part of an elite resort with developed infrastructure: swimming pools, restaurants, a water park, sports grounds, play areas for children and adults. All guests can use the infrastructure on general terms. We are independent owners and personally care for your comfort. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace with panoramic views, a dining area and sun loungers, a living room, an equipped kitchen! Please read the description below carefully: The space This apartment of 120 meters consists of two combined apartments (connection) studio + apartment with living room and separate bedroom. Therefore, the apartment has a very large hallway with a wardrobe, good soundproofing between the bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and from each room there is an exit to a large terrace balcony! IN EACH APARTMENT WE PUT FUMIGATORS (MOSQUITO PROTECTION!) As required by law, an electronic rental agreement must be signed before check-in. To do this, we ask for passport details and an email address. It takes about 1 minute to sign, after which we will grant access to the apartment. Please note the following: Daily housekeeping and meals are not included in the price, but we can always recommend additional services at your request. Please note that the replenishment of hygiene products during the stay is carried out by guests on their own. Smoking is strictly prohibited! The fine for smoking indoors is 500 gel. The pools are open from June to September inclusive. In other months the pools are empty! It is possible to order a breakfast buffet for 60 gel. Sunbeds on the beach cost 7 gel per 1 pc. But sometimes guests can use them free of charge.
