Welcome to this chain house of 134 sqm with room for many or come a few and enjoy the nature just outside the plot! Walk in the forest, pick blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms, ride Icelandic horses or visit charming Norberg and Engelsbergs Bruk. During the winter, you can train for the Vasaloppet in the cross-country ski trails in Klackberg! The house is built in 1969 and much is in original condition. There is a possibility of 10 sleeping places, including the sofas and guest beds. Warm welcome! The space The house is a sutteränghus and on the ground floor offers a large welcoming hall, kitchen with dining area for 6 people, one bedroom, toilet and a large bright living room with dining area for 10 people and large windows facing the garden as well as exit to a balcony. On the lower level, there are three bedrooms, one of which is larger with a double bed and access to the garden, and a party room with access to the garden. In the recreation room, there is a bed and a couch that is comfortable to sleep on. On the lower floor there is also a bathroom, laundry room and plenty of storage space. Guest access The entire home can be used except for a storage room. Other things to note Please note that there is no Wi-Fi access in the house. However, SIM cards with data-only plans can be purchased in major grocery stores. The TV only works for VHS and DVD. You do the cleaning yourself or can be purchased for a cost of SEK 1100. Bed linens and towels are not included but it is possible to rent for SEK 100 per person.
