This stylish place is close to must-see destinations in the town of Gingin, Western Australia. A 3 minute drive to the local pub, cafe, small supermarket, local butcher, hardware shops and regional medical centre. The west wing is all yours with your own entrance that has sweeping views and dawn and dusk bird songs. The two bedroom and kitchenette can host up to four people, boasting fresh rain water for your bath or shower and continental breakfast to start your day. Gardens are beautiful. The space When you arrive at 8 Cruden Place google maps will direct you to a dead end T intersection. You will be facing my house at that intersection and currently I have a vacant block beside me. Enter my front yard onto the gravel and look for a designated parking site on the gravel. I will greet you at my front door and take you around to the west wing to your door. Its always a good plan to give an estimated time of arrival via text for all involved. Guest access You will be directed to the left of my house around the veranda to your entrance.
