Thanks to its location (at the top of a hill, close to a hiking trail), this home is ideal for nature lovers and lovers of walking and mountain biking. Extra benefit: - access to the residence's shared swimming pool (UNSUPERVISED and unheated POOL) - accessible only in July and August from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - The available parking is close by and at the entrance of the residence (a very nice advantage), in addition to the large parking lot outside and above the residence. Guest access 1 reserved parking space at the entrance of the residence, close to the apartment. Be careful not to park in front of the accommodations to give access to the rescue and the tenants who arrive to unload and facilitate their installation .
