Bedroom 3: Trundle bed perfect for two children sharing. Bedroom 4: Single bed. 2 Bathrooms: En-suite shower room attached to the principal bedroom. Family bathroom with bathtub and shower. Living Areas: Spacious living room with TV and piano Dedicated study, ideal for remote work. Large open-plan kitchen/diner with modern appliances and direct garden access. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and all essentials for home-cooked meals. Outdoor Space: South-facing garden, mostly laid to lawn, with a large patio for relaxation and a 12ft trampoline. Gated side access for security and pet safety. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, including the garden, garage, and driveway during your stay. This is currently our family home, however we are moving out in July 2025 and so when you come to stay there will be plenty of room in the wardrobes, drawers etc. We will be leaving the furniture and all the things you will need for a lovely holiday as seen in the pictures. It's just that the house will be empty of our clothes, books etc.
