Guest access The following optional extra expenses are excluded: - bed linen and towels €15 per person per stay, alternatively it can be procured independently. Linen change during your stay, if requested, costs €10.00 per person. The beds are equipped with mattress covers and pillow covers. - cot €30 each per child per stay. - Small pets are allowed and there is a cleaning fee of €30. Initial and final cleaning fees are included. Extraordinary cleaning during the stay, available, with price to be calculated, if requested. Prices include water, electricity, and gas consumption, and a refundable security deposit of €200 is required to be paid in cash at check-in. Tourist tax In the municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto, for vacation homes the amount of the accommodation tax is €1.00 per person per night up to 7 days, children under the age of 12 are exempt.
