The living area is formed by a large rustic with kitchen overlooking the sea and olive trees Other things to note TOURIST TAX From 18 June, the city of Roseto Capo Spulico has entered into force the tourist tax, a contribution intended to improve tourist services and reception of the territory, for a sustainable development of tourism itself (Deliberazione Giunta Comunale 14 april 2025, n. 26). 💶 Payment methods: The tourist tax will be collected in cash at the property upon arrival and, in any case, before the end of the stay. The receipt is released at the same time. 📅 Amount and periods: January - May: € 1,00 per night per guest; June - September: € 1.50 per night per guest; October - December: € 1,50 per night per guest.
