The space includes two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a crib and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests. A perfect stay to relax, feel at home, and explore the surroundings. Guest access Guests can access the property independently through a private entrance using a secure access code provided prior to arrival. You will have access to your private bedroom and to the shared outdoor spaces, including the garden and the relaxation areas. Parking is available inside the property. We guarantee a smooth and flexible check-in process and are available for anything you need. Our cat, Neve, lives in the house and is usually kept in a separate area; if necessary, this is done to ensure guests' comfort. We maintain very high cleaning standards in all rooms, with a focus on hygiene and allergen reduction, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay. During your stay Linda and Wolfango are always available and happy to assist guests throughout their stay. We will be happy to offer you advice, support, and local tips to help you discover the area and enjoy an authentic and comfortable experience. We are also available for any questions or special requests, and we will do our best to make each stay welcoming, personalized, and memorable, while fully respecting your privacy. Guests can book other rooms in the same villa. We kindly ask our guests to respect the house and the peaceful atmosphere of the property: Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Please respect quiet hours, especially in the evening. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please take care of the spaces and furnishings as if they were your own.
