Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, 1.5 hours from Paris, we welcome you to our beautiful 80 m2 village house that has been renovated and decorated with the greatest care. Ideal for family reunions, weekends with friends, or a simple desire to leave the city, our house will make you spend unforgettable moments. Relax in this quiet and stylish place. The house is located in the heart of the village of Croix du Perche, known for its 16th century church. The space This warm and bright house welcomes you for your stays. Located 15 km from the village of Brou, where you will find all shops and a superb market (every Wednesday morning). It is inhabited regularly, it is not a property intended only for rent, so you will find a real authenticity and all the comforts you need. On the ground floor: A very nice open-plan kitchen area with a living room bathed in light. The living room has a wood-burning stove to enjoy beautiful flames in winter. In the kitchen, many amenities are available for the cordons bleus as well as user-friendly cooking appliances (raclette, fondue, waffle maker, etc.). You will also discover a large bedroom and its private shower room (with toilet). On the 1st floor: A landing room with a single bed for extra sleeping space and a TV screen. 2 double bedrooms share this floor as well as a shower room (including a toilet). All rooms of the house have an opening to the outside. The outdoors: A garden is at your disposal with a terrace to allow you to make the most of the outdoors. A table for 10 people and chairs for meals are at your disposal as well as 4 deckchairs to bask in the sun. A small vegetable garden is also there if you want to harvest some lettuce, zucchini or basil. Outdoor games are at your disposal (ping pong table / Mölkky / petanque / soccer cage) as well as 4 bikes to explore the surroundings, the house being located on the Véloscénie route. A BBQ completes these amenities. Come and recharge your batteries with family or friends and discover the charms of the Percheronne countryside. We also speak English & Spanish :) Guest access You will have access to the whole house. As this house is also ours, we ask that you respect it as well as the furniture. PRM: Regarding People with Reduced Mobility, the accommodation can be complicated for them. We may allow you a late checkout and/or early check-in depending on our availability. Free parking on the property. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels will be at your disposal and the beds will be made upon your arrival. We also provide wood to enjoy beautiful fires! This house is our country home. Regularly inhabited by our family, this is not a property intended solely for rental. You will find personal belongings but also true authenticity and all the comforts you need. Note: Pets are not allowed. No smoking allowed (vaping included).
