The space The property consists of: - a living and dining room with 2 sofas, TV/DVD, dining table, - an independent kitchen with a tray on the fully equipped living room (gas piano, range hood, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, Nespresso machine) , - 3 bedrooms with queen bed (160, 160 and 140 cm), - a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer. Reversible air conditioning is available in all areas. - 2 adjoining outdoor spaces: at the front beautiful terrace of 50m2 with garden furniture overlooking the valley and in the back garden at three levels of 150M2 through which you arrive in the accommodation (with laundry rack). You can also freely enjoy the 2000m2 terrain with multiple reliefs pleasantly landscaped with olive trees, citrus, cactus or palm trees . The private pool is a few steps from the property's terrace. The pool is entirely reserved for you (we only access it for specific cleaning). The annex you rent and the terrace are totally private spaces. It is possible to park your vehicle outside the property (parking space 50m away). The accommodation is intended for up to 6 people. Additional guests, parties, or bachelor parties are not allowed. Guests should be warned that due to the stairs and restanques, it is necessary to be careful with small children. A maximum of one small dog allowed with prior agreement (unfortunately we no longer accept large dogs due to urine and too much hair left on the synthetic grass). Finally, note that as a result of the systematic degradation of the buoys and pool mattresses left at your disposal, they are no longer provided. It's easy to buy it at the supermarket in Nice.
