This spectacular house with its unique and unrepeatable location not only offers breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea, but also has its private and direct access to the beautiful Baltic beach (~100m). The House is brand new (2019 build) and got everything you will expect from a modern villa with wi-fi and a fully equipped kitchen. Double terrace and lots of sun loungers make it a perfect destination for a relaxing break away from the stresses of daily life. The space There are 2 Villas, both of them has its own private area. One isn't for rent and no one lives there while the other villa is booked. So all the territory is for you! This Villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full-service kitchen. All the equipment to prepare home-cooked meals. The sleeping arrangements are 3 double beds and 3 sofas. Comfortably accommodates eight guests but if you have any additional guests we can discuss acquiring another mattress. Guest access Emily-House has a terrace on the first floor with a lot of outdoor furniture to use (sun lounges, tables and chairs). Also, has its little garden with colorful flowers just in front of the house. Great for relaxing and enjoying the Baltic sea environment. I can assist with acquiring a rental water bike or quad bike or etc. The villa has its parking area if you decide to have your own transport during your stay. I can assist with arranging airport pickup and transfers around the city. Other things to note The place is secured which means that each house has a camera at the entrance.
