We are delighted to offer you our independent ground floor villa, perfect for a couple with children. Located 20 minutes from Lyon by car, you can easily explore the city while enjoying the tranquility of our pleasant setting with the banks of Saone and the Monts d 'Or a stone's throw away. * 50m2 accommodation:* (Located on the ground floor of our house, we live upstairs but the accommodation has a separate entrance and is completely private) - *A large entrance* - *A laundry room* - *A living/dining room* with a sofa bed - *An open and fully equipped kitchen* with Nespresso coffee machine. All basic products are provided (oil, salt, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dish towel, Nespresso capsules...) - *A separate bedroom * with a crib. For relaxing evenings, a TV is at your disposal with access to Netflix and Disney+. -** One separate bathroom and toilet ** *Outside:* - *A private veranda* accessible directly from your accommodation by a staircase, equipped with a ping pong table and a garden table - *A large unheated swimming pool (12 m x 5 m)* which is secured by a barrier, accessible directly from the veranda. The pool is shared with us (couple with baby) but we go there max. 2h/day on weekends or not at all during the week when we work!
