With a bright southwest-facing layout, the space is wonderfully airy, light-filled, and comfortable year-round. The living and dining area has a relaxed mid-century modern feel, featuring a soft pink velvet sofa (which folds flat into a sofa bed), a dining table, and a cosy built-in bench — perfect for lounging or sharing a meal. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There’s one full bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) and an additional separate WC. Essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided. The flat has one generously sized double bedroom and two smaller single bedrooms. Each room comes with its own desk and wardrobe — ideal for working or studying from home. Just outside, you’ll find a beautiful park with a children’s playground and an outdoor paddling pool — perfect for sunny days.
