Once you turn through La Piccolina’s gate, the dusty country roads fade away, replaced by a warm, open living space with a comfy buttery leather lounge, a simply elegant table for two, and a fairy-lit calm. Now you can relax, indulge, or simply unwind. A smart TV and Starlink Wi-Fi setup, however, keep you connected if you want to be. The kitchen is beautifully equipped, making it a cooks delight and as inviting as home. It's fully set up for both short visits and longer stays, with everything you need for day-to-day living. Your combined bathroom and laundry is fresh, bright and practical, with soft natural light and a private outlook to your garden. Step outside to your privately fenced area with a Weber Baby Q and seating for two — perfect for long lunches or quiet evenings under the stars. And if you've had a big day fossicking for gems, quartz or treasures of your own, you can always walk up the back lane or drive across the river to our local Deepwater Brewery or main street pubs for an easy dinner and a cold drink. 🍺 Your guest house is separated by design from the main home by a single garage-sized storeroom/studio and purpose-built fencing. The layout ensures that the guests and host each enjoy complete privacy. You're welcome to enjoy your music - or stream it through the JBL speaker supplied without disturbing anyone. So, settle in, relax, make yourself at home, and enjoy the simple pleasures: good food, laughter and or a touch of quiet. 🌺 Guest access Once accessing the property through the electric gates with remote, guests park in a designated space parallel to roller shutter immediately on your left, on the shared driveway, allowing everyone easy access in and out. 🙏 Your designated parking is a few steps from your front entrance. Once inside your black fence gated courtyard, the entire area - including private entrance, outdoor space, backyard and guest house - is exclusively yours to enjoy. Other things to note Please get in touch for approval "Prior to Booking" if you have more than one dog, multiple cars🚗 or larger vehicles such as caravans or RVs. The Smart TV 📺 includes all the usual streaming apps like Netflix - just log in with your accounts and make yourself at home. I have a well behaved, sociable and excitable toy poodle called Jett. Do not be concerned if your dog is uncomfortable or anxious with other dogs, because Jett does not, and cannot access your private guest house or securely fenced yard.
